We opened our first shop (and relocated our bakery) in the wonderful area of Shawbury, Shrewsbury in 2023.  Now, over a year later, we have built quite a reputation for not only our Epic Brownies, but for the huge range of deliciously tempting treats that we bake & create.  
We are incredibly proud of our history... where it all started, what we have grown into and where our plans are taking us, that we decided that it was time that we rebranded.  We are very much STILL the Gourmet Brownie Company and we will continue to be known as such at festivals and corporate events but as our range continues to grow, we made the decision to rebrand our Shawbury location to reflect more of what we do.  As you will see, we are now so much more than our incredible brownies... call by and let us show you what else we are creating...
